- Since it has maximum oxidation resistance, it is ready to use and easy to apply.
- It provides easy and fast dismantling of the mould.
- It prevents rusting.
- Significantly reduces mold cost and labor.
- It increases the efficiency and service life of the mould.
MOULD OIL
MOULD OIL
LUBRİX MOLD OIL, is a mold release agent used by making aqueous emulsion. It is formulated with well-refined mineral oils and special additives to prevent concrete from sticking to the molds. It ensures that the surfaces of objects are smooth and uniform and protects metal molds against corrosion and rust. To obtain an emulsion from mold oil, the previously determined amount of oil is added to the water with constant stirring (water should not be added to the oil). The emulsion can be applied to molds with a brush or spray. In terms of economy and to obtain better results, the surfaces of the molds should be thoroughly cleaned before applying the emulsion.
